Declared an interim dividend of Rs 3/- (Rupees three only) per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for Financial Year 2020-21 and fixed 19th February 2021 as the Record Date under Regulation 42 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive interim dividend. Payment of dividend/despatch of dividend warrants will be completed within 30 days of declaration of interim dividend.
