| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to be informed that Ministry of Railways, Government of India, vide its Order No. 2019/PL/57/22 dated November 09, 2021 (copy enclosed), has conveyed that the President of India has approved the appointment of the following persons as Independent Directors on the Board of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) for a period of three years with immediate effect or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.<BR> 1. Shri Vinay Kumar Sharma <BR> 2. Shri Namgail Wangchuk <BR> <BR> In compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment formalities and requisite disclosures in this regard will be submitted in due course. <BR> <BR> This is for your information and record please.<BR> | |
