| This is in continuation to our announcement submitted to the Exchanges on November 10, 2021 regarding appointment of (Non-Official) Independent Directors on the Board of IRCTC Ltd. In this regard it is to inform that in accordance with Articles of Association of the Company and applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of IRCTC has approved the appointment of Shri Namgyal Wanchuk (DIN: 09397676) as Additional Director (Non Official Independent Director) w.e.f. November 12, 2021 (date of allotment of DIN and IICA registration for Independent Director). <BR> In compliance with SEBI Circular No. LIST/COMP/ 14 /2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 and as per the confirmation received from Shri Namgyal Wanchuk, this is to confirm that he has not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.<BR> <BR> Shri Namgyal Wanchuk has also confirmed that is not related to any Director/KMP of the company. <BR> <BR> <BR> | |
