Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to be informed that Ministry of Railways, Government of India, vide its Order No. 2022/PL/57/12 (Pt. I) dated June 05, 2023, has conveyed the appointment of Mr. Devendra Pal Bharti as Independent Director on the Board of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) for a period of three years with immediate effect or until further orders, whichever is earlier. In compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment formalities, and, requisite disclosures in this regard will be submitted in due course.
