This is in reference to above captioned subject, and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and to inform you that Ms. Kunj Deep Kalra, former Non - Executive Director on Board of Indian Sucrose Limited (Part of Promoter Group) filed a suo-moto Settlement Application bearing No. 6477 of 2021 to amicably settle inadvertent disclosure non-compliances under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as 'PIT Regulations') during May, 2018 in the matter of Indian Sucrose Ltd. Pursuant to which, the matter was settled with SEBI and the settlement order in this respect was issued on July 25, 2022. please take this information on your record.
