| This is with reference to our communication dated July 9, 2022 with respect to the Postal Ballot Notice dated May 30, 2022 for seeking the consent of the members for following business, by way of special resolution: 1. Re-appointment of Mr. Suneel Raje as an Independent Director of the Company. 2. Re-appointment of Dr. Prof. Lakshmi Kantam as an Independent Director of the Company. In connection with the above, we would like to inform you that Resolution 1 & 2 mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice were passed by the members of the Company by requisite majority. The approval is deemed to have been received on the last date of e-voting i.e. Monday, August 8, 2022. Please find enclosed herewith the proceedings of the Postal Ballot conducted vide Notice of Postal Ballot dated May 30, 2022 and voting results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with scrutinizer report.
