Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2021, inter alia, has considered and approved the split/ sub-division of equity shares of the Company from existing one (1) equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up into 10 (ten) equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each (Rupees One Only) fully paid up, subject to shareholders approval.
