| In terms of the provision of Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 12th November, 2020 considered and approved /taken on record the following: <BR> 1. Unaudited financial results (Standalone and consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> 2. The Board re-designate Mr. Sajal Jain, as Managing Director of the Company. <BR> 3. Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board approved the revision in remuneration payable to Mr. Sajal Jain, Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1st December, 2020, subject to shareholders approval. <BR> 4. To conduct postal ballot for obtaining the approval of members of the Company for revision in the remuneration payable to Mr. Sajal Jain, Managing Director of the Company. <BR> You are request you to take the above information on record. | |
