With reference to the earlier letter dated August 14, 2015 on the outcome of Board Meeting intimating the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Kasture as Company Secretary of the Company effective August 31, 2015, Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has now informed BSE that in the absence of whole time Company Secretary, Mr. Dhiraj Narula, Chief Financial Officer of the Company will act as the Compliance Officer of the company as required under the listing agreement.
