With reference to above subject, we wish to inform you that in terms of Comapny " Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insidrs" read with BSE Circular No. List/Comp/01/20219-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed with effect from 1st April, 2024 to till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financail Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2024. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declartaion of the said results . The date of the Board Meeting to consider , inter alia, Audited Financail Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2024 sahll be intimated separterely in due course.
