This is with reference to your Letter No. L/SURV/ONL /PV /NS / 2024-25/4124 dated 8th April, 2024, in respect of clarifcation on price movement of the Company''s security at your Exchange in the recent past. We hereby, inform that the Company has intimated from time to time to the BSE of all events, information ect., that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which includes all price senstive information as per the Reguatlions 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regualtions. Hence, there is no such additional undislozed materials events/ inforamtion / annoucement ect., that in the our opinion may have a bearing on the price behaviour in the script. Further in case any such event / information arises in the future then the company will duly disclose the same. Therefore, the movement in the Company''s share price is purly market driven and owing to the market condition on which the Company , neither, has any control nor has any knowledge of reasons.
