With reference to above subject, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' read with BSE Circular No. List/ Comp/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is Closed with effect from 1st January, 2021 to till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2020. <BR> <BR> The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to consider, inter alia,Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended on 31st December, 2020 shall be intimated separately in due course. <BR>
