Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company will be closed from 1st October 2022, till 48 hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 (both days inclusive). The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
