Resignation of Ms. Lalita Ghanshyam Mutreja (DIN- 07514392) from the post of Non-Executive Director of the Company. 5. Appointment of Ms. Lalita Ghanshyam Mutreja (DIN- 07514392) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. 6.
