| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that upon the recommendation of Audit & Risk Management Committee and subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 05, 2022, has recommended the re-appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, LLP ("Deloitte"), Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 117366W/W-100018) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years i.e. from the conclusion of 16th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2027. The details required pursuant to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are provided in Annexure - A. | |
