| Pursuant to the requirements of the Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), we wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. January 28, 2022, the Board has approved and taken on record the unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter & Nine months ended December 31, 2021. The said results have been subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors. A copy of the said results along with limited review reports thereon, which has been taken on record, is attached herewith. Press Release dated January 28, 2022 on the unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Nine months ended December 31, 2021 is also enclosed herewith. The exchanges are also informed that the Board Meeting commenced at 8:00 p.m. and concluded at 10:00 p.m. We request you to kindly take the above on record. | |
