Infomedia Press Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/10/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
As informed vide our communication dated September 30, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from October 1, 2025, and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results become generally available information on October 14, 2025.
