We wish to inform you that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and in terms of company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders, the trading window of the Company for all Director''s, KMP''s, designated employees and their immediate relatives is closed from March 31, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2024. The date of Board meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2024 shall be intimated separately.
