We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all Directors/Officers/Designated persons will remain closed from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025 will be intimated separately.
