Infronics Systems Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our earlier intimation dated August 06, 2025, regarding the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, we wish to inform, that due to unavoidable circumstances, the said Meeting of the Board of Directors of Infronics Systems Limited ('the Company') has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Plot No. 30, 31, Brigade Towers, West Wing, First Floor, Nanakramguda, Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyderabad Telangana - 500032 India, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025.
