We regret to inform you the sudden and sad demise of Mrs. Nitaben Bhaveshkumar Patel (DIN 0744947) Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 24th May, 2024 overseas i.e. 25th May,2024 as per Indian Standard timing (IST). Mrs. Nitaben BhaveshKumar Patel sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the Company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences
