Sub: Availing extension of one month in publishing September 2017 quarter financial results due to applicability of Ind-AS<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the financial results are required to be submitted to the Stock Exchanges within 45 days from the end of each quarter.<BR> <BR> However, in order to facility smooth transition during the first year of Ind - AS implementation the Securities and Exchange Board of India Vide its Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July 2016 has provided relaxation of one month in the timeline for submitting the financial results for the first two quarters, so accordingly we would like to avail the extension for the second quarter as well.<BR>
