Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 2nd May, 2022, have considered and approved the following: Resignation of Mr. Parthasarathy Iyengar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company to pursue other career opportunities, with effect from close of working hours on Monday, 2nd May, 2022.
