| Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 28th day of May, 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2025. Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider trading in dealing with securities of the Company and the relevant provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, it is informed that the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of Insecticides (India) Limited by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from April 01, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. | |
