Insecticides (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2020 inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2020; and<BR><BR>2. To consider declaration of Interim Dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the Company has already informed vide its letter dated September, 30, 2020 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from October 01, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's unaudited financial results for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.
