| Integra India Group Company Ltd has informed BSE that the directions of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmadabad, a Court Convened Meeting of the Unsecured Creditors of the Company was held on December 22, 2011 at the Hotel Express Residency, 18/19, Alkapuri Society, Alkapuri, Vadodara- 390007 at 11.30 AM for considering and approving the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Amalgamation of Integra India Group Company Limited with Integra Engineering India Limited and Reorganisation of Share Capital of Integra Engineering India Limited.<br/><br/>At the said meeting a poll was conducted for considering and approving the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Amalgamation of Integra India Group Company Limited with Integra Engineering India Limited and Reorganisation of Share Capital of Integra Engineering India Limited. At the aforesaid meeting the said Scheme of Amalgamation was approved unanimously by the Unsecured Creditors who attended the Meeting and validly voted. Accordingly the resolution approving the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Amalgamation of Integra India Group Company Limited with Integra Engineering India Limited and Reorganisation of Share Capital of Integra Engineering India Limited stands approved. | |
