| Integra India Group Company Ltd has informed BSE that on March 23, 2012, the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has passed the Oral order for approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Integra India Group Company Ltd (IIGCL) with Integra Engineering India Ltd (IEIL) and the reorganization of Share Capital of Integra Engineering India Ltd (IEIL) (the Scheme).<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that certified copy of Order passed by Hon'ble Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad on March 23, 2012 is yet to be receive. | |
