| Integrated Capital Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/01/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This bears reference to earlier letter dated December 31, 2020, intimating the meeting of Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 08, 2021 at 3.30 pm (IST) and 4.00 pm (IST) respectively to consider and approve un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2020.<BR> The meeting of Audit Committee of the Company was held today at the registered office of the Company at 3.30 pm (IST). The items listed on the agenda were discussed in the meeting and there are some matters which are under discussion by the members of the Audit Committee. The meeting of Audit Committee will continue tomorrow at 10.30 am (IST) and the Board Meeting of the Company has been rescheduled for tomorrow at 11.00 am (IST).<BR> | |
