We would like to inform you that with reference to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, and BSE circular having reference no. L1ST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period, trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by its Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st July, 2021.<BR> <BR> The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. Further, all the Directors, promoters, designated employees and other connected persons have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window.
