This is to inform you that as per the Company''s "Code of Conduct" for prevention of Insider Trading (Code of Conduct)under the Securities and Exchange Board of India(Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday, the 1st day of April, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after communication of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31st, 2024 to the Stock Exchnages.
