In compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we hereby inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has, by a resolution passed on October 7, 2022, granted 400,000 Stock Options ('Options') to an eligible employee of the Company, under InterGlobe Aviation Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2015. The details as required, under the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are attached as Annexure I to this letter.
