Further to our letter dated 4th October, 2023, we enclose, in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the following, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at the Meeting held today i.e. 12th October, 2023:
a) Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the Quarter and Six Months ended 30th September, 2023;
b) Unaudited Cash Flow Statement, for the Six Months ended 30th September, 2023;
c) Unaudited Balance Sheet, as at 30th September, 2023; and
d) Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors, Messrs. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants, on the aforesaid Financial Results.
The Meeting commenced at 09:40 am and concluded at 10:15 am.
