Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that BSE vide its letter to the company bearing reference no. L/SURV/OFL/KM/2021-2022/SHELL/COMP/532072/FO dated 31 March, 2022 and Notice No. 20220331-16 dated 31 March, 2022 has moved out the securities of the company from 'Stage 3' of GSM framework w.e.f. Friday i.e., April 01, 2022. Further, BSE has also revoked the restrictions on the Promoters and Directors of the company, imposed earlier by it vide its interim order dated January 15, 2018, w.r.t. selling of their existing holding in the Company. A copy of the letter received from BSE and Notice No. 20220331-16 dated 31 March, 2022 is enclosed herewith for your reference and records.
