Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/10/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Further, in continuation of our earlier letter dated September 26, 2025 under subject 'Intimation of closure of Trading Window' and in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives shall remain closed from October 1, 2025 till November 1, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of said financial results.
