Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Further, in continuation of our earlier letter dated March 27, 2026 under subject 'Intimation of closure of Trading Window' and in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives shall remain closed from April 1, 2026 till May 15, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of said financial results.
