Pursuant to the Company's Policy on Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time regarding trading restriction period, we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and other connected persons of the Company w.e.f. 1st January, 2021 and the same shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2020. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, the Designated Persons as per Company''s Insider Trading Code have already been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR> <BR> The Company has not yet fixed the date of meeting for consideration of the said Financial Results, the same will be communicated once finalized. <BR> <BR>
