| Pursuant to Regulations 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on today i.e. 14th November 2022 has inter alia considered and approved: 1. The Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022. Copy of the said Financial Results along with unmodified Auditors Report thereon is enclosed herewith as Annexure 1. 2. Conversion of Unit 9 as multiproduct facility to manufacture other pharma products. We hereby confirm and declare that Auditors Report issued by the Statutory Auditors on the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022 is an Unmodified Report. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 4:30 PM and concluded at 6:15 PM. The above Audited Financial Results are also available on the website of the Company i.e. www.iolcp.com. | |
