Govindarajan as an Additional Director (in the category of Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director) with effective from August 02, 2024 by a resolution passed by circulation on July 15, 2024 (Today). The details pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR) read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is being intimated.
