Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as well as circular issued by the stock exchanges on 2nd April 2019, it is hereby notified that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed from 1st April, 2020 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's audited financial results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended ended 31st March, 2020. <BR> <BR> The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the said audited financial results would be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course of time. <BR>
