Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, it is hereby informed that pursuant to Ministry of Railways office orders no.2005/PL/46/5 dated 27th August, 2020 and 2nd September, 2020 and consequent upon appointment of Shri Ashutosh Gangal (DIN:07057313) as General Manager, Northern Railway, New Delhi, he ceased to be a Director on the Board of IRCON w.e.f. 28th October, 2020.
