This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on 17th October, 2020 wherein Resignation of Mr. Jignesh P. Patel who is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as whole-time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company was considered and approved.<BR> <BR> Therefore pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (Regulations), the Company hereby disclose the material event as provided in the Schedule III of Listing Regulations.<BR>
