We would like to state that the Company complies with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 in letter and spirit, and has been promptly informing the Stock Exchange on all events and information, which have a bearing on operation or performance of the Company. There is no material information / event, which would have a bearing on the volume behavior of the Company's Shares, has been withheld or is pending to be disclosed. We are not aware of any specific reason causing sudden movement in the price of our Equity Shares. The movement in the Share price is purely market driven and due to the prevailing market conditions. The management of the Company is in no way connected with such movement in price of Equity Shares. You are requested to kindly note the above and take the clarification on your records
