Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020, inter alia, to consider & approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the period ended September 30, 2020. We further inform that in terms of Section 206 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act), ROC, Pune had called for various information which was duly & adequately responded to by the Company and in apparent continuation to the same, further investigation under Section 212 of the Act has been initiated. As already informed, the earlier proposal on debt restructuring of the Company could not get concluded before March, 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic. However, after discussion at the last Joint Lenders Meeting, the Company has now submitted a revised debt restructuring proposal to the Lenders.
