In continuation of our previous letter dated May 22, 2023 regarding information of Board Meeting, in this connection, We are pleased to inform that the Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company, has recommended final Dividend of Rs.1.00 per Equity Shares (10%) for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
