| JAGAN LAMPS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 12th August, 2022, to consider, approve and take on record, inter alia, un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Further to our letter dated 30.06.2022 and in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct of insider trading the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Company's was already closed w.e.f. July 1, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results. You are requested to take the same on record and oblige. | |
