This is to inform that the 45th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 12:00 Noon through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OA VM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.<BR> In compliance with the relevant circulars and applicable law, the Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 will be sent in due course to the Members whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company / Depository Participants.<BR> The details/ instructions for (i) registering/ updating email addresses, (ii) casting vote through e-voting and (iii) attending the AGM through VC / OA VM for members holding shares in dematerialized mode and physical mode are set out in the Notice of the AGM.<BR> <BR> Thanking You.
