| In furtherance to our letter dated October 15, 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and amendments thereto, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on Monday, October 25, 2021 which commenced at 04:30 P.M. and concluded at 06:45 P.M. has, inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / half-year ended September 30, 2021, as recommended by the Audit Committee. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a ''Report on Limited Review'' of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter / half-year ended September 30, 2021. <BR> We are enclosing herewith a copy of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results and Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors of the Company. <BR> Kindly take the above information on your record.<BR> Thanking You. | |
