In terms of Regulation 6 (1) and Regulation 30 (2) read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Mr. Ramakant Goenka (ACS 53019) a qualified member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India has been appointed for the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 29th January, 2024 and his appointment has been confirmed in Board Meeting held today i.e 29th January, 2024 in place of existing compliance officer. Board meeting commenced at 6 pm and concluded at 6.25 pm.
