Please find the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 as required under Regulation 33(3) of Securities & Exchange Board of India (LODR)) Regulations, 2015 which have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their respective meetings held on 13th November, 2021.<BR> Further, as required under Regulation 33(2)(c) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, also enclosed herewith a copy each of 'Limited Review Report' by the Statutory Auditors on the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. The 'Limited Review Report' has been placed before the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 13th November, 2021. The meeting commenced at 3.45 P.M. and concluded at 5.45 P.M.<BR> <BR>
