| The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled on Saturday, 24th September, 2022 through Video Conferencing or other Audio Visual means in accordance with the General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated 8th April, 2020, 13th April 2020, 5th May 2020, 13th January, 2021 and 5th May, 2022 and SEBI Circulars dated 12th May, 2020, 15th January, 2021 and 13th May, 2022 in view of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic. In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, this is to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 22nd September, 2022 to Saturday, 24th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) in terms of Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 for taking records of the members of the Company for the purpose of 27th Annual General Meeting, scheduled to be held on Saturday, 24th September 2022. | |
